New Patients

What To Expect:

Welcome to Smith Chiropractic Offices! On your first visit, you will find our procedures to be both efficient and thorough. We are happy to serve you. Please reserve about an hour and forty-five minutes for your first visit.  Your visit will start with a consultation during which time the doctor will take a detailed health history and learn more about your condition and discuss your chief complaint and reason you are seeking chiropractic care. Following the consultation the doctor will perform a detailed chiropractic/applied kinesiology exam and x-rays.

A follow-up visit will be scheduled to go over the report of findings. The doctors do not adjust patients on the first visit so that they have time to accurately study your condition and determine the best course of care.

Please note that we are not in network with any insurance companies. We will gladly provide a walk-out receipt if you would like to submit to your insurance.
